Everyone eats, and food is something that touches almost every area of our lives! When we eat it’s usually about more than just the food in front of us and it effects us more than just biological. Our emotions, traditions, relationships, mental, and physical health can each be impacted by our diet, and our diet can impact any of these individual factors as well. As a registered dietitian I can help you understand your body, nutrition, and how they work together for your wellness. As a registered and licensed dietitian, I have worked with clients struggling with their eating for years and love to help them develop peace with themselves and food. I am currently working on becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Specialists and have enjoyed incorporating my knowledge about nutrition with everything I have learned about Eating Disorders.
